In my current agency, I faced a problem during orientation. The HR manger provided bulk of information on my first day of job, which I hardly required. At the end of orientation, I left with nothing but several confusions. I think that there was no need of sharing so much information with a new employee on the very first day as it was tiresome and an employee has simply nothing to do with so much information on the first day.
